Network & segmentation
Sales agents, brokers, merchants, importers, wine shops, critics,
journalists, wine tour operators, private buyers. Each segment opens its own set of functions — a critic is not handled like an importer.
And you build your own segments, the ones that make sense in your house.
Offers, sales & allocations
From the offer sent to the sale recorded, without re-keying: what was offered,
to whom, at what price, and what was confirmed. Direct sales, wines in bottle,
en primeur releases.
Distribution
Who sells your wines after you, and to whom. The reports from your merchants
and importers, cross-referenced and analysed: restaurants, wine shops, hotels,
export, by country and by channel.
Follow-up & reminders
Chase an offer, set an alert, see where every file stands —
and find it all in your Outlook calendar. Following up no longer
depends on a sticky note or a good memory.
Tastings, scores & critics
Wines shown, guests, place, scores. Journalists' comments and ratings stay
attached to the vintage and to the contact — not to the notebook of whoever was
pouring that day.
Events
Fairs, trade shows, professional meetings, press events — and the visits
themselves when the estate receives privately, without a ticketing system.
Samples
Requests and dispatches: who received what, when, and what came of it.
An importer who is hesitating, a restaurateur to be won over, a journalist before
a tasting — every bottle sent out becomes traceable, and therefore judgeable.
Document library
Technical sheets, analyses, certificates: dated, signed, categorised, and always in the right version. The layout can be
set to the estate's own design, on quotation.
Statistics
The data feeds into Power BI: your dashboards,
your cross-analyses, your exports. We do not reinvent an analytics tool, we feed
the one your management already uses.
Mobile app
Trade shows, export markets, client visits. Real-time updates, business-card
scanning. A native app, available on iOS and Android.
