Personal data

This site collects nothing without your knowledge. There is a single form, and you know exactly why you are filling it in.

• What we collect Only what you give us in the contact form: the name of your estate, your name, your email address, your telephone number if you provide it, and your message. Nothing else.
• Why To answer you and, if your enquiry goes further, to prepare a quotation. That is the only purpose. The lawful basis is the pre-contractual steps taken at your own request.
• For how long Three years from our last exchange, in line with the recommendation of the CNIL, the French data protection authority. After that period your data is deleted. If you become a client, it joins your contract file and follows the periods set out in the contract.
• Who has access The four people at Cobalt, and no one else. We do not sell, rent or pass on your data to anyone. No transfer outside the European Union.
• Where it is held On our servers in France, at OVH. The form is sent over an encrypted connection.
• Your rights Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to info@cobalt-informatique.com: we answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France — cnil.fr).
