OenoResa

Welcoming visitors, from the booking to the client

Visits, tastings, workshops, private hire — booked on your own site, in your own name, with no commission. And every visitor becomes a contact you keep.
More than

170 000

visitors welcomed in five years

Close to

59 000

visits, tastings and private events organised

And still

0€

commission taken on those bookings

The essentials, in five lines

  1. Visits, tastings, workshops, private hire and overnight stays are booked and paid for on your own site, in your own name, with no commission.
  2. Payment connects to the estate's own bank: the money goes from the visitor straight into your account.
  3. The room is offered when the visit is booked, and the other way round — one basket instead of two, without a penny of extra acquisition cost.
  4. Every visitor becomes a contact you keep, with what they booked, tasted and took home.
  5. Confirmations, reminders and thank-yous go out on their own, in the visitor's language, at the time you set.

Everything below simply sets out those five points in detail.

The problem

You do the welcoming. Someone else keeps the client.

On a marketplace, the visitor remains the platform's customer. You open your cellar, you pour your wines — and you pay a commission to receive, in your own house, someone you will never know anything about.

Elsewhere it is a paper booking diary, a phone ringing in the middle of a tasting, and a spreadsheet two people can read.

  • The commission comes out of your margin On a visit you designed, in a place you maintain, run by your own teams.
  • The visitor leaves without a trace They tasted three vintages and bought two cases. Next year they will hear nothing from you.
  • The diary lives apart from everything else Time slots in one tool, contacts in another, sales in a third.
  • People book while you sleep A Sunday-evening enquiry waits until Monday morning. Whoever answers first takes the booking.

What OenoResa does

Your hospitality,
held end to end.

Visits & tastings

Duration, sessions, capacity, room. Private or shared. And three price lists for the same visit: full rate, trade rate, child rate.

Calendar, slots & seasons

Opening, closing, fifteen- or thirty-minute steps, booking lead time. Your slots and your prices change with the season, and whatever is full closes itself.

Online booking & payment

The visitor chooses, pays and receives confirmation without anyone picking up the phone. The module connects to the estate's own bank: the money reaches your account, with no intermediary's commission.

Stays at the estate

One night or several. Rooms have their own calendar, rates and availability, in the same tool as the visits.

The visit calls for the night — and the reverse

The room is offered at the moment the tasting is booked, and the other way round. You decide what to suggest, and when.

Promotional codes

Automatic or entered by the visitor, as a percentage or in euros, for one contact, a segment or a group.

Automatic messages

Confirmation, reminder before the visit, thank-you with a link to your reviews page. Your own templates, in every language, at the intervals you set — email and SMS separately.

An account for your travel partners

Wine tour operators, agencies, concierge services: their own login, their own price list, and booking without immediate payment — you invoice them monthly.

Several estates, one group

The configuration copies from one château to the next, but each keeps its own experiences, prices and messages. One tool, not three — and no diluted brands.

Languages

Booking, confirmations and the list of experiences in the visitor's own language. An American couple will not book through a French form.

The visitor becomes a contact

Name, language, what they booked, tasted, took home. The record exists that same evening, in the same database as your distributors.

Attendance & source

What fills up and what does not — by experience, by season, by language. And above all where each booking came from: your own site, a marketplace, the telephone, someone at the gate.

With OenoManager

Today's visitor is next year's client.

OenoResa works on its own. But placed on top of OenoManager it stops being a booking tool and becomes the front door to your client list.

  • A single contact base The Sunday visitor and the importer who buys fifty cases from you live in the same place. They do not make two files.
  • Your segments apply here too Private buyers, wine tour operators, VIP clients, travel agencies: you build your own segments, and your promotional codes address them.
  • What they tasted stays attached to them A tasting in the cellar goes into their record, exactly as a journalist's or a wine merchant's would. It is the same mechanism.

Connectors

It adds to what you already have.

  • Your estate website The booking journey sits inside your own site, in your colours and under your own domain name. The visitor never leaves the house.
  • Your bank The payment module connects to your own bank's card-acquiring service: CIC, Société Générale, BNP Paribas, LCL, Crédit Agricole, Banque Populaire — or Mollie if you prefer a payment provider. The money goes from your visitor to your account, with no step in between.
  • SMS delivery SMS reminders go out under your own name, not from an unknown number. The sender ID is registered once, in eleven characters.
  • Your calendars The booking diary and the events diary stay separate — they are two different jobs — but both can be seen from your teams' mail client.
  • Booking.com — under study A bridge to accommodation booking platforms is under study. We will treat it as a secondary channel: the best offer must remain the one on your own site.
A word about the platforms. They bring volume, and OenoResa records the source of every booking, theirs included. What we are saying is that you must be able to compare: a direct booking costs no commission and leaves you the contact. After one season, the figures settle the question better than instinct does.

What they say

An estate that welcomes.

“We are very happy with the OenoResa module, which lets us manage our bookings while offering simple, secure online payment. The tool is intuitive and keeps evolving to meet our needs and expectations.”

“Bringing OenoResa in was a real success. Beyond the tool itself — whose real-time diary has lifted both our visitor numbers and our visibility — the team was remarkable. They tailored everything to our design, our customer journey and the finest details of our brief. A module we could no longer do without, and a highly effective partnership.”

One visit in three is paid for online at the estates that have switched payment on — and for some of them, more than nine in ten. Online payment is only three years old: several houses have just opened it. The rest is paid on site, and that is perfectly fine: OenoResa imposes nothing, it records.

Welcoming visitors OenoResa

Visits, tastings and stays, in full — the subject of this page.

OenoManager + OenoResa Signature

Both on a single contact base, and the connectors to your own tools.

In every plan: a named contact, configuration to your own processes, migration of your existing data and training for your teams. We don't deliver a login, we install a tool.

This is not a ladder, it is a composition: the first two offers sit at the same level, the third brings them together on a single base.
